We started in 1989 in Fortaleza / CE with Dom Pastel, the first restaurant founded by Afranio and Daniela Barreira. This unit was an inspiration for the growth of the Coco Bambu chain, which has since enchanted and attracted customers in the most diverse states of Brazil.
