The tradition of running skewers is a fairly new phenomenon. Famous since the 1960s in the South of the country, the system also known as meat rotation allows all the cuts available in the house to be savored, usually served on the skewer itself - hence the name, choosing the part and the point that most please. Thanks to years of hard work and commitment to excellence, the Fogo de Chão team opened new homes in several of the main Brazilian and American cities, but the trip is not yet complete. Fogo continues to introduce new flavors and experiences to audiences worldwide.
