Swimming Pool Cocktail recipe

Beat all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is cold.
Strain and serve in a glass with crushed ice
Serve with a pineapple garnish.

Preparation

  • ¾ oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ½ oz White Rum
  • ¼ oz Cream
  • ¾ oz Coconut Cream
  • ¼ oz Blue Curacao
