season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. add the egg and a little breadcrumbs or cornmeal and stir. form balls. Separately, fry the finely chopped tomato, onion and bell pepper. add 2 liters of water. when boiling add the pumpkin divided into small squares and the meat balls. season with salt and pepper. turn off when the meatballs are cooked and add cilantro to taste.
