Preparation
Start by seasoning the steaks with garlic and salt and set aside for at least half an hour.
Beat the whole egg and pass the steaks through the egg and breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan, heat the oil well and fry the steaks until they are golden brown on both sides, drain them on paper towels and dispose of in an ovenproof dish.
To prepare the sauce, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, parsley and chives, wrap and let it cook over low heat until finely chopped.
Pour the finished sauce over the steaks and distribute grated cheese over the steaks.
Sprinkle a little oregano on top of the cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
Serve hot and have a good appetite!

- Base:
- 1 kg of filet mignon in steaks
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Sauce:
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can of peeled tomato sauce (or homemade tomato sauce)
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) of ketchup (or a pinch of sugar)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
- Mounting:
- Grated cheese
- Oregano
