the chicken pieces are boiled in plenty of water. In a large pot, fry the finely chopped onions, garlic cloves, a pinch of pepper, ají panca and the paprika. when they are fried add the beer to the pot. Stir well and add the chicken pieces, the whole mirasol pepper, the coriander, the green beans and the chopped loche. boil for an hour and a half, or wait for the green beans to cook well. finally, the yellow potato and rice are added. wait until they are parboiled, but without the potatoes falling apart. season with salt to taste. if desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
