cook the asparagus in the salted water, adding a pinch of sugar. cut them into 6 cm pieces. long.
wash and prepare the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices and marinate in lemon.
immerse the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and take out the seeds, cut into eighths.

prepare a dressing with the oil, lemon, chives and mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients and add the dressing. Garnish with black olives and radishes.
