- 2 avocado
- 2 pears, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon scotch bonnet pepper, minced
- 1/4 of cup of tomato chopped
- 1/4 of cup of lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced escallion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
