Preparation

To prepare this recipe, remember to demolish the cod slices beforehand.

Pass the slices through the flour and brown them in very hot oil.

Then arrange them on a tray, cover with the ham slices and set aside.

In the same oil that browned the cod, add the onion cut in half-moons and the bay leaf and season with black pepper, let it sauté until the onion is translucent.

Cover the cod with the braised onion and a little olive oil.

Decorate with mashed potatoes.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot and have an appetite!
