Preparation
soak the beans overnight in plenty of cold water.
After the soaking time of the beans, cook them in the soaking water, with a tablespoon of oil and when they are half cooked, season with salt to taste.
heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the minced meat and fry. add half of the hogao, stir with a wooden spoon and fry for a few minutes.
cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in the fat that it releases until it becomes pork rinds. When the beans are cooked, add the remaining hogao and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
fry the eggs, prepare arepas, patacones and chili pepper and serve them all on a tray, accompanied by white rice and avocado.
