Preparation
Wash thoroughly.
Bake in water with a little salt, a little onion and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook the beans separately in water with a drizzle of olive oil.
Sauté separately with olive oil, onion and chopped garlic until golden.
Add the sliced chorizo, bacon and carrots.
Add the whelks already cooked and cut into small cubes.
Let it go.
Add the cooked beans, rectify the seasoning and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
Serve with a little white rice.
