Preparation

Beat the beans in a blender with the cooking broth.
Brown the onion and the crushed garlic in the bacon fat and sauté the beans.
Put a pinch of black pepper, a spoon of cachaça, salt to taste.
When it boils, slowly add the manioc flour, stirring constantly, to the point of a mush.

Mix the fried bacon and the finely chopped sausage.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with slices of boiled eggs, cabbage and onion sauce.

The tutu must be soft so as not to get dry.
Serve with Minas Gerais chicken.

  • 1/2 kg of cooked beans without seasoning
  • 2 grated raw onions
  • cassava flour
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cachaça
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 kg of fried or roasted sausage in the oven
  • 200 g of diced fried bacon
  • braised cabbage
