cook the cabbage and refresh
sauté the onion and the chopped potato
let cool
season, add the meat and mix well and work into a homogeneous paste
put it on the cabbage leaves
arrange on a baking sheet
drizzle with oil and beer
put in the oven at 180c, sprinkling with the liquid from time to time

  • 8 cabbage leaves
  • 350 grams of potatoes
  • 60 grams of finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cl. oil
  • 1 dl. Beer
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1.5 dl. cream
