Preparation

Wash, peel the cassava and cut into sticks.
Cook in salted water. Do not allow to cook completely. As soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat.
Drain the water and then fry in hot oil.
Allow to cool on absorbent paper.
Serve with meat sauce, fish, etc.
