Preparation

To reduce the strength of the onion, muffle it by leaving it mixed with plenty of salt for at least 1/4 hour. then rinse with plenty of water and drain.

Cut the celery into pieces of about 1 cm to make 2 cups. mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. stir well.

This salad can accompany any type of meat. it is very rich with fish too.

note: if you are in a hurry, you can add boiling water to the onions, and let them soak for a minute. drain, and rinse well with cold water.

  • 1 cup onion, cut to the feather
  • 4 sticks of celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
