As soon as the onion begins to brown, add the potatoes, previously cooked with peel, peeled and cut into slices.

Add the cod chips in layers, season and bake (220º c) 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve very hot, in the same container, and garnish with olives, chopped parsley and boiled eggs cut into slices.
