Preparation

There is no secret to preparing the cooked octopus.

First, thaw the octopus at room temperature.


Wash it well. until all the viscosity comes out (pay special attention to the suction cups) and remnants of sand, if you bought fresh.

Boil water in a pressure cooker. So that the Octopus does not lose its skin during cooking, stick a fork in the Octopus head and immerse it in the boiling water for 2 seconds, then remove it.

Repeat this operation three times in a row.

Do not add salt.

Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes with pressure.

You can serve the octopus in salads, the famous octopus salad, or accompanied by fried potatoes.
