Preparation
boil the water with the salt in a saucepan, let it warm and add the paprika. Place the chili in a bowl, add the warm water with the paprika, the oregano, the bay leaf, the rosemary, the minced garlic, the vinegar, the oil and let it rest for 24 hours. serve in a sauce boat or keep in the fridge in a bottle.
