Preparation

The day before, beans and corn are demolished.
On the day the fish are boiled in water seasoned with salt, the bay leaf, the garlic cloves and the cabbage cut into pieces.
The lard with the chopped onions is brought to a fire in a saucepan.
As soon as the aloire onion joins the beans and corn already cooked, the cabbage and the fish in chips.
A little water is added when cooking the fish.
Season with piripiri and let it boil for a while.
