Preparation
dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and 1 teaspoon of sugar, a veil of flour. let rest.
In a bowl put flour, salt, additive, stir very well and then add the yeast already leavened, oil and mix, knead a little and leave it to rise, cover with nylon and a cloth. Then roll out the dough on a floured table and cut the cakes with a short square pasta let stand. Fry in fat (optional) if you want add a little oil. To my taste they are lighter ...... they are delicious with good mates. take advantage of them. see you soon
