Preparation

soak the paiche two hours before then wash and boil for 15 minutes, cut it into pieces. add salt if necessary and pepper.
fry until golden brown on both sides, serve accompanied by the ripe banana parboiled with the onion sauce and the chili pepper.

  • a kilo of dry salted paiche (Paiche is a fish)
  • ten ripe boiled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • a quarter cup of oil
  • a big onion
  • charapita pepper
