Preparation

boil the cabbage in boiling water or steam for about 20 minutes.
drain it and cut it as for green broth.
heat the béchamel a little, remove from heat and add the grated cheese and the whole egg previously beaten, season with salt if necessary, and nutmeg.
finally, mix the cut cabbage well in this preparation.
butter a dish to go in the oven and pour the cabbage with the béchamel.
sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pieces of butter and bake in the oven for about + or - 10 to 15 minutes.
serve as an accompaniment to meat.
