Preparation

the whey is removed from the yogurts and poured into a bowl. the cucumber is peeled, roughly scraped and the scraps are mixed with a little salt. leave it like this for about 10 minutes to release the water. then, the cucumber is "squeezed" through a strainer and added to the yogurt. the garlic is pressed or grated very finely and also added. then add the oil and vinegar, mix everything well and add salt. and to finish, the master touch (optional): take 2 or 3 fresh mint leaves, cut them into very small pieces and add to the salad.

  • 3 natural yogurts,
  • 1/2 cucumber,
  • Salt,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
