Preparation

Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into pieces and washing them well: carrots, potatoes, onions, leeks, garlic and courgette.

In a pan fill with water (2/3) and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables, prepared previously. Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

Once the vegetables are tender, mash everything very well with the magic wand.

Add the green beans and let it cook a little, over a low heat.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
