Preparation

Wash the squids and dry them well before grilling them, seasoned with salt. Meanwhile make the sauce.
Chop the garlic and parsley and mix it in the oil, leaving it to taste.
After the squid is grilled, serve it with this sauce. Accompanied with tomato and olives salad and boiled potatoes.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 4 clean squid
  • salt flower
  • olive oil
  • fresh coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves
