Preparation
all the ingredients are kneaded and the dough obtained is shaped into walnut-sized balls. these balls are placed on greased trays well spaced from each other. take to cook in a very hot oven for about 10 minutes.

- 125 g of butter and lard (roughly equal parts);
- 200 g of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of molasses;
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon;
- 1 coffee spoon of bicarbonate;
- 1 bit of grated nutmeg
