Preparation

We separate the yolk from the whites and mount the whites (here I would add 3 more whites). on the other hand we melt the butter completely. and on the other hand we mix the yeast with the flour.

We mix the butter with the sugar and add the yolks. To this mixture we add the flour and stir well. finally we add the whites mounted, mixing carefully so that they do not get too low.

We prepare a cake mold by smearing it with butter. We divide the dough in two, in one of the parts we add the cocoa powder and mix. We put a layer without cocoa, then a layer with cocoa and so on until we finish with all the dough.

Cook at 170ºC for about 40 minutes, checking that it is cooked by clicking with a skewer stick.

  • 175 g of butter,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 175 gr of soy flour,
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 25 gr of cocoa.
