Preparation
soak in a saucepan from the eve the corn with cold water. the next day cook it in the same water. Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla in a container, add the drained cooked corn and continue cooking for a few minutes. Serve cold, alone or accompanied with fruits in natural or syrup.
