Preparation
Mix lamb, breadcrumbs, spice mix, garlic, egg and salt and pepper in bowl with wooden spoon until combined. Divide mixture into 12 and shape into 7cm sausage-shaped patties
Heat frying pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until hot. Spray with oil and cook kofta for 10 minutes, turning several times. Divide tomatoes and lettuce between flat breads and top with kofta, mint and hummus. Wrap and serve.

- 500g minced lamb
- ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Moroccan spice mix (from the supermarket spice aisle)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 4 flat breads, about
- 23cm across
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 4 tbsp store-bought hummus
