season the meat and mix very well with the bacon, half the garlic, half the oregano, the breadcrumbs, the grated cheese and the eggs. take portions and give them a spherical shape. aside, cook the onion and carrot with the oil, stirring from time to time. once lightly browned, add the rest of the garlic and oregano and mix well. one minute later add the white wine and the tomatoes. season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. after 5 minutes of boiling, add the well-floured meatballs to this sauce. cover the container and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. move the saucepan so they do not stick. Serve at the same source.
