Preparation

wash and remove the shell and clean the prawns well. Boil salted water in a pot and once it boils add the prawns, leave until they turn pink. drain and reserve the water.

Clean the mirasol peppers well inside and cook them in water for five minutes, remove them from the water and blend them with a little oil until they form a paste. In a frying pan with oil over medium heat, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown, then add the paste of the three peppers, salt and pepper.

Let cook for a few minutes and add the bread previously soaked in milk and blended. cook and if necessary add water where the prawns were cooked, add the prawns and grated cheese.

serve with yellow potatoes and grained white rice.
