Preparation

Cut the cooked octopus into thin slices.

If you have bought a fresh or frozen octopus and you have to cook it.

Chop the garlic and onion into very fine cuts.

Heat a pan with the olive oil and add the garlic. Let it brown well and add the chopped onion.

Sauté for a few minutes over low heat, until it begins to brown.

Add the chopped octopus and the sweet paprika, mixing well. Soak in white wine and let the sauce reduce.

Add salt to taste and serve very hot. Bon Appetite!

  • 2 units onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
