Preparation
The beans are to be soaked the day before. On the day bake the beans.
Apart from it, sautéed with chopped onion, olive oil and peeled and seeded tomatoes.
Let the tomato and onion cook.
Once cooked, add the beans with a little of the water in which they have been cooked and let them boil for a while.
Then add the coconut milk (twice the volume of the rice) with salt and as soon as it boils, add the washed and dry rice.
Cook for + - 15 minutes over low heat. Check.
