season the chops with salt and pepper, on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the chops over moderate heat.
until they are a little golden.
Separately combine the vinegar with the mustard, and pour over the chops.
cover and simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes.

  • 1 tbsp. of oil
  • 3 tbsp. mustard sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
