Preparation
In a frying pan, sauté the garlic, the onion together with the oil, the mushrooms and the parsley. add the white wine and reduce. At the end and with the low flame, add the cream, let it thicken, add salt, pepper and serve with the loin cut into slices. accompany with sautéed vegetables
