Preparation
In a small saucepan, place the rice and salt with a drizzle of olive oil, and add boiled water with 1 finger above the rice, when the water is almost dry, cover, and let it cook for about 20 minutes. (If necessary) add a little more water).
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic with a little white pepper. When the rice is ready, let it rest covered for approximately 5 minutes. After that time, pour the garlic, add the walnuts and chives, mix and serve.

- 3 cloves of finely sliced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- Salt, ground white pepper and olive oil to taste
