Preparation

Clean the seed peppers and cut them into thin strips; peel the onion and cut it into strips; cut the corn cob into small pieces.

Bring a pan of water to the heat, cook the dough. Once it is on the tooth, drain and set aside

Bring a wok with the oil to the heat, bring it to a boil and add the onion, peppers, corn and soy sprouts and mix. Add the shrimp kernels and sauté.

Add the cooked pasta, stir, drizzle with the soy sauce and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chopped coriander, wrap.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot. Enjoy your food!

  • 250 g of rice dough
  • 250 g of shrimp kernels
  • 60 g corn in cob
  • 30 g of soybean sprouts
  • 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • Salt and pepper q.s.
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling
