This recipe is a great option for a good entry.

In a pan, with boiling water, add ½ onions, salt, 10 good prawns and cook for 5 minutes.

Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients mentioned above in the list.

Remove the shrimp from the heat and dip in cold water to stay firm!

Wash the lettuce thoroughly with a tablespoon of vinegar in water. Cut into strips.

Cut the avocado pear in half, remove the core and peel. Cut into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.

Remove the shells and the head of all the prawns. Leaving the tail on two of them.

Chop the rest, and wrap them in the pink sauce.

To assemble the cocktail: In a glass bowl, start by placing a layer of lettuce, then a good spoonful of sauce with shrimp, then the avocado pear.
Another spoonful of sauce in the center. And the 2 hung shrimps.

Serve cold and have a good appetite!

Ingredients

  • 10 shrimp size 20/30 or 30/40 (defrosted)
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • Bowl with water and ice
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of cream
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • A few drops of tabasco
  • Bowl with water and ice
  • For the Salad:
  • 1 fresh beaded lettuce
  • 1 ripe but firm avocado
