Preparation

Wash the pumpkin or jerimum and dry well. Remove the lid of the strawberry and, with the aid of a spoon, remove the internal seeds. Place it in a shape with the open side facing down. Take it to the oven, preheated, for about 35 minutes or until, when you stick a toothpick, it comes out easily. Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a pan, fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add the skinless tomato sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add the prawns and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
With the help of a spoon, line the entire inside of the strawberry with the catupiry cheese and pour the shrimp sauce.
Place the lid on the strawberry and bake, preheated, for about 20 minutes or until very hot.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the green smell and, if you prefer, decorate with the whole shrimp on the edge of the strawberry.
Then serve with white rice.
