Preparation

Raw shrimp are peeled. Reserve.
In a saucepan, bring the oil, the finely chopped onion.
As soon as the onion is blond, add the tomato without skin or seeds and chopped and let it cook until they are undone.
Add the shrimp core and let it taste, stirring for 2 minutes.
Coconut milk mixed with saffron, chilli and salt is added.
Let it simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve on a side dish with white rice.

  • 5 to 6 dl of coconut milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 kg of shrimp
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • salt q.s.
  • chilli q.s.
  • 1 dl of olive oil
