Preparation

Make a flour with the slices of bread.

Season the whole tuna piece with salt, pepper and olive oil. Wrap it up well.

Pour the tuna over the bread flour, letting it wrap around each side of the piece.

In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Place the tuna and seal each side. The tuna should be practically raw.

In another high-frying pan, sauté the onion, tomato, capers, raisins and nuts in olive oil. Let it cook, stirring the pan vigorously for two minutes.

Add the parsley and basil, stirring with a spoon.

At the bottom of the plate, brush a little pesto sauce. Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • Ground black pepper

  • Abundant olive oil
