Preparation

cut the meat into fillets, season with salt. pound meat over breadcrumbs until thin. cook the potatoes in slices and when they are tender brown them in oil. fry the breaded meat. Cut the onion, tomato and locoto into small squares and season with a little oil and salt. fry the eggs when serving. serve the rice with the golden potatoes, on top the siplancho, the fried egg garnished with the onion salad.
