Preparation

in a deep saucepan put olive oil, 3 crushed garlic cloves and 1 bay leaf. let the oil heat up well and add the cooked cabbage (in salted water), well drained. attention that usually skips oil when you put the cabbage. the cabbage must be cooked over a low heat so as not to catch and we must keep stirring. when it is soft add the flour and vinegar, mix well, always stirring and tasting salt. It is great to accompany any dish and should be served right after conception (not to dry).
