Preparation

Cut the beans and carrots into julienne strips and boil them separately in salted water, for a very short time, so that they are still firm.
wash the fresh mushrooms and cut them into slices.
cut the avocado into slices lengthwise, the same as the melon.

arrange the ingredients, all cold, on the plates, arranging them with good taste and simplicity: the shrimp is peeled and with the head. serve dressing aside.

  • 4 cups of avocado
  • 4 cups of melon
  • 4 large prawns
  • 100 gr. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bowl of green beans julienned and cooked
  • 1 bowl of carrots julienned and cooked
  • for the sauce:
  • 3/4 tank of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Salt
  • White pepper
