Preparation

Clean the squid. Remove the skin and the ink bag, taking care not to break it.
Then cut into slices two centimeters thick.
then season with pepper and salt.
Fry in a pan with oil and place on a plate decorated with tomato, lettuce and onion.
Apart, prepare a sauce:
add a little oil, the garlic cloves and when they turn golden, pour the sauce over the squid, trying not to spill too much oil. Squeeze the lemon on top and add a few drops of soy sauce. Serve with rice.
