Preparation

Start by seasoning the steak with salt, pepper, bay leaf and chopped garlic.
Bring a pan to the heat with a crushed garlic and a little olive oil.
When it starts to boil put the rice.
Stir and add the water and let it cook until no water in the pan.
In a frying pan put a little butter and oil.
Place the steak and let it fry on both sides.
As soon as it is fried, add a little white wine and a tablespoon of mustard, let it cool and turn it off.
Fry the potatoes and drain them on absorbent paper.
In a small frying pan put some butter and fry the egg.
On a plate, place the steak, some of the sauce, the egg on top of the steak.
Place a little rice on one side and fries on the other, with salad and black olives.
