Preparation
Boil the milk with the rice. Then, take to cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the penalty. When the rice is cooked, sweeten it at will, add a little orange blossom water and pour it into a dish. It can be served with apricot jam.
