Preparation

Process the lentils to a puree.
Transfer the lentils to a bowl and mix all the ingredients well and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Make balls with the dough and bake at 200C (medium high oven) for 20 minutes.
Serve with a pasta of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked lentils
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup ricotta
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cl ground fennel seed tea
  • 2 cl minced parsley soup
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 cl salt tea
  • 1 cl black pepper tea
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
