Preparation
1. Season the cod slices with pepper and a little salt if necessary. Pass the slices through beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Reserve.
2. Wash, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Fry them in very hot oil. When they are fried, place them on a plate on absorbent paper. Reserve.
3. Meanwhile, put a little oil in a frying pan and let it warm up. Place the cod slices and fry them on both sides.
4. In another pan, add the oil, the sliced onions and the crushed garlic with the skin. Let it simmer on low heat until the onion begins to brown.
5. Place the cod and potatoes on a plate, drizzle everything with the oil and onion sauce and serve.
