Preparation
Start by placing the rib on a platter that can be baked. Make small cuts along its entire length, but without separating the meat from the bone.
Season the meat with coarse salt and pepper all over the rib, rubbing well.
With a kitchen brush, pass the oil over the entire rib and reserve for about 12 hours in the refrigerator, to determine the flavor.
Prepare the barbecue sauce the day before.
Place the sugar in a saucepan until it dissolves. When it starts to caramelize, mix the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. When it boils, turn it off. Place in a small pot and leave in the refrigerator.
The next day, brush the sauce over the entire pork rib and bake in the low preheated oven for approximately 2 hours.
Drizzle the barbecue sauce on the meat every 15 minutes to keep it tasty and juicy!
Serve hot and have a good appetite!
